Había una escena que yo grabé, pero que no salió en la película, pero sí en la no oficial, en la que sale Kim Gordon (Sonic Youth) en posición de rezar. Ella rezaba diciendo: «Nos gustaría agradecer a Perry Farrell para hacer posible todo esto» Pienso que el humor de bandas como Sonic Youth y Nirvana es algo que está desapareciendo.

There’s stabs at a lot of people in the film. There’s jabs at Perry Farrell, who was just launching Lollapalooza that year. There was a scene that I shot—it’s not in the film, but it’s in the outtake movie—of [Sonic Youth’s] Kim Gordon in prayer mode. She’s praying, saying, ‘We’d just like to thank Perry Farrell for making this all possible.’ I think the sense of humor of Sonic Youth and Nirvana both have sort of been forgotten.
