¿Qué hubiera pasado si Salvador Dalí hubiese dirigido Dr. Strangelove en vez de Stanley Kubrick? Esta parece ser la premisa del nuevo video animado para la cover de «Warhead» de Venom (que, como beneficio adicional, cuenta con una aparición especial de Scott Kelly de Neurosis). Tanto absurdamente divertido como deprimentemente sombrío, el clip dirigido por Kyle Westbrook actúa como el mejor viaje de LSD de todos los tiempos. Honestamente, ni siquiera sabemos de qué otra manera podríamos empezar a describirlo, … y nos referimos a dicho mutismo como un gran elogio.

What if Salvador Dalí had directed Dr. Strangelove instead of Stanley Kubrick? This seems to be the premise of the new animated video for the Melvins’ cover of Venom’s “Warhead” (which, as a bonus, features a guest appearance for Neurosis’ Scott Kelly). Both absurdly funny and depressingly bleak, the Kyle Westbrook-directed clip plays out like the best bad LSD trip of all time. Honestly, we don’t even know how else to even begin to describe it, or its narrative… and we mean said speechlessness as high praise.
